East Ridge is blessed with a great group of young people who are aiming to live like Jesus. Youth classes, local events and trips offer a variety of spiritual growth opportunities aimed at helping teens transform into disciples of Jesus Christ.

Most youth events are for grades 7-12. There are also some events for our JR Group (grades 3-6).

Our youth group members are always encouraged to invite their friends. It is our youth group’s goal to make visitors feel welcome. If you are looking for a place where you can learn about God, serve others, grow spiritually, and be surrounded by Christian influences, please come visit us!

Everyone participating in youth group activities must submit a Medical Release Form.

In addition to weekly Bible classes, enjoyable events are offered for our adults across various stages of life. These constantly changing groups include the College/Young Adults, Nest Builders, Singles/Single Again, Prime-Timers, Empty Nesters, and Young at Heart.

Each Spring, the East Ridge Singles group hosts an exciting Weekend Event. This began in 2001 and is open to anyone who would like to attend (whether single or not). We are thankful that visitors travel from other cities and congregations to spend their weekend with us!

We have an active group of all ages who are unmarried or widowed. This ministry provides a great opportunity for social interaction and meaningful Christian fellowship.

On the first and third Mondays of each month, the Single/Single Again group meets for Bible Study at 6 pm in Classroom #7. When there is a fifth Monday, the group meets at 5:45 pm for visitation, and then eats out together afterward.

Our active Young at Heart group enjoys spending time together in fellowship and service. Events offered include a Bible class on Thursdays, as well as monthly luncheons and quarterly day trips.

Do you have a local family member, co-worker, neighbor, or friend that you would like to add to our Card Ministry mailing list? If so, click “Add Contact to Mailing List” to be added to the mailing list!

Everyone in our church family is encouraged to participate!

How it works: Each Sunday, a Card Team meets before the evening service in Classroom #6 to mail cards to each person on the mailing list.
Card Teams are determined by last name:

• Team 1 (A-E): 1st Sunday of each month
• Team 2 (F-L): 2nd Sunday of each month
• Team 3 (M-Q): 3rd Sunday of each month
• Team 4 (R-Z): 4th Sunday of each month

Card Team Leaders will make sure the updated mailing list is printed and available in the Card Room one hour prior to each Sunday evening service. Cards and envelopes are provided in the Card Room. Completed cards may be left in the Card Room box and will be picked up, stamped, and mailed out by our church secretaries during the week.
